I recently had the pleasure of visiting Troy Family Dental, where Dr. Boatman and his hygienist, Candy, provided exceptional dental care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands. Dr. Boatman took the time to explain all the procedures thoroughly and answered any questions I had with patience and clarity. Candy’s follow-up care was nothing short of amazing, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. The results of my dental work have been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail and the commitment to patient care at Troy Family Dental are truly unparalleled. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Thank you, Dr. Boatman and Candy, for your outstanding work and care!
I cannot say enough about Troy Dental. Everyone there is exceptionally amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. I came to them with some pretty severe trauma from previous dental experiences, but as soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable. They put me at ease with their knowledge and the atmosphere of the office. I came to them for help to fix an almost unusable set of dentures. I barely wore them and I couldn’t eat with them. Which made life a little difficult to navigate. I had started to lose interest in going out in public and my confidence had started to slip away. They were able to fix my dentures, changing them to implants and helped me get back to my living my best life. I am so thankful that I found them. Now we’re off on our next life adventure. Thank you Troy Dental!
Troy family dental is always there when I need them.I had 2 teeth break- off my mini implant denture. I went in this morning and they sent it off to the lab and it was fixed by this afternoon. Thank you guys for the fast service you gave me. Anyone would truly be ecstatic with the service your office give your patience.
Dr Boatman and Dr Spencer are top tier. I’ve used a variety of different hygienists as well and never had any issue. The key is to be vocal. If you feel pain don’t suffer in silence, because they don’t know unless you tell them. I get a cleaning here every 6 months and it used to be every 3 months after I got my implant. I’m thoroughly satisfied with their work and the advice along with customer service on the front end and technology advancements on the back end.
I really enjoyed going to Troy Family dental today. Dr. BOATMEN was so kind.. polite and professional as was the rest of his staff. So looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Boatman for taking all my fears and concerns away.
I was terrified of dentists due to trauma in my early years. They have taken great strides to help me over come my fears and is very supportive of my feelings. Dr. Spencer my dentist and Samatha my dental hygienist absolutely rocks. They understand me and guides me through my treatment plans. I can get my teeth cleaned with out being sedated nor using the gas. That is how awesome they are and everyone really in the clinic.
Dental implants are typically much less painful than most people expect. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so you should not feel pain during treatment — only mild pressure. After the procedure, some soreness, swelling, or tenderness is normal for a few days, but most patients manage it easily with over-the-counter pain medication and return to normal activities within 1–3 days. Many patients say getting a dental implant was easier and more comfortable than having a tooth extracted, and once healed, implants feel and function just like natural teeth.
With proper care, dental implants can last for decades — and in many cases, a lifetime.
Yes! Dental implants restore strong bite strength so you can enjoy many of the foods you may have been avoiding.
The best way to find out is with a consultation. Factors like jawbone health, overall health, and your smile goals help determine eligibility.
